Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.
I spent the majority of my career at Pitney Bowes Inc., starting in sales then progressing to various executive roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management. I took on two international assignments living in the UK. The first was as VP of Sales and Marketing for the UK/ROI, and the second was as MD of the UK and VP of Sales for Europe. In 2017, I joined a smaller software company, Qognify Ltd., where I led the EMEA team in providing security solutions that mitigate risks, streamline operations and optimize physical operations. I’ve been fortunate to gain experience and understanding of working with businesses of all sizes throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

What inspires you?
I’m inspired by leaders who are passionate about what they do, have a clear vision of their mission and who take on challenges that are extremely difficult.

What is a goal you have your eyes set on?
To accelerate our growth throughout Europe and to enable my team to achieve personal success.

What does success in your role look like?
For RGP to become the market leader throughout Europe where companies of all sizes think of us first to help solve their strategic challenges.

A Day in the Life

What was your best day at work at RGP?
Each day becomes better than the last. Meeting with the teams throughout Europe to learn how we can help solve client issues and make them more successful will always be my best days.

YOU beyond RGP

How do you spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy traveling and exploring new cities and countries with my son and daughter. I enjoy fishing, sailing, playing golf, reading about history & leadership, cooking, scuba diving and fitness.

Passionate, authentic and focused.

Do you have any skills or secret talents that most people don’t know about?
I make great omelettes and I can whistle very loudly.

What charities or social causes are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about helping children in crisis and I support organizations such as UNICEF. I’m also passionate about Habitat for Humanity and have volunteered with several community-building opportunities.
