Maltzan
Independent Director
Marco von Maltzan brings to our Board over 40 years of international and industry-specific operational experience. His international management experience, previous consulting experience, and decision-making management skills have been particularly valued assets in RGP’s global work.
Marco has served on the RGP Director Board since 2018 and is currently on the Audit Committee.
Marco is experienced in various executive leadership roles, including strategic planning, professional services, business development, international operations, and enterprise risk management. He currently serves on several boards including as Deputy Chairman of the Shareholder Committee and member of the Audit Committee of food conglomerate Pfeifer & Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG, as a member of the Advisory Board of automotive supplier IFA Holding GmbH, as Chairman of the Advisory Board of UKM Holding GmbH and Walter Klein GmbH & Co. KG and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WKW Automotive AG, all automotive suppliers.
He also served as Chief Executive Officer of automotive supplier BERU AG, which, under his leadership, was sold to Michigan-based BorgWarner. Additionally, he was Chief Executive Officer of Profine Group, a global leader in window construction systems. He held an Interim Chief Executive Officer assignment with industrial holding company Greiffenberger AG before he became its Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
