Lisa Pierozzi is an accomplished financial and operating executive with more than 35 years of experience in both the entertainment and client service sectors, including expertise in financial management and international activities.
Lisa has served on the RGP Board of Directors since 2021 and currently serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee and as an Independent Director.
Formerly a senior relationship manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) with significant business transformation and transaction experience, Lisa also brings her passion for client delivery to RGP’s Board. She also previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of the Motion Picture Association and held executive positions with Universal Studios.
Lisa currently serves on the board of directors of the nonprofit Motion Picture & Television Fund, where she is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a non-voting member of the Finance and Compensation Committees. She is also a founding member of the Normandy Institute.
