Neil F. Dimick is an accomplished financial executive and brings a range of experience and skills to the RGP Director Board, including exceptional financial management, previous deal experience, audit expertise, and risk management. In addition, his experience in the healthcare industry has benefitted RGP’s strategic direction with this important industry and client base.
Neil has served on the RGP Director Board since 2003, where he sits on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
In addition to his board service, he has also held several senior corporate roles, including positions as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bergen Brunswig Corporation.
Neil began his professional career as a corporate auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he was a partner with the firm for eight years and served for two years as the National Director of the firm’s Real Estate Industry Division. He is currently on the board of directors of Viatris Inc., where he serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and sits on the Executive, Finance and Compensation Committees.
Neil formerly served on the board of Thoratec Corporation, where he was Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. He also served on the board of WebMD Health Corp. as a member of the Executive and Audit Committees and the board of Alliance HealthCare Services, Inc., where he served as Chairperson of the Audit Committee and member of the Strategic Planning and Finance and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
