Collyns
Independent Director & Chair of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee
Sue Collyns currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Fabletics, a creator of active-lifestyle fashion and products. From 2014 to 2022 she was the President and Chief Financial Officer of The Beachbody company and played a pivotal role in its transformation to a subscription digital fitness and nutrition company and successfully co-led its public offering.
Sue also serves as an advisor to several public and private companies. Her deep board expertise includes a current role as the Chair of POOLWERX, the world’s largest pool service business, and as an Independent Board Member of restaurant concept and lifestyle brand Bluestone Lane. She was named as one of the “Most Influential Board Directors” by Women Inc in 2019, and previously served on the boards of Dine Brands Global, Inc., Potbelly Inc., Waitr Holdings, Inc. and CAVA/Zoe’s Kitchen.
Previously, Sue served as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp and as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of California Pizza Kitchen, Inc.
Sue currently serves as a Global Advisory Board Member to the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and has served on the CPK Foundation Board. She graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia with a B.A. in Economics and earned her CPA from Deakin University.
