Kate Duchene Recognized for Contributions to the Staffing Industry

 

Our CEO Kate Duchene has been recognized on the SIA Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for a third consecutive year.

The annual list from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions, recognizes women for their outstanding efforts and achievements in elevating the workforce solutions ecosystem.

SIA recognized Kate for her leadership after RGP experienced its best financial performance in over a decade in fiscal 2022. The company reported revenue of $805 million for the fiscal year ending May 2022.

The list spotlights women who exemplify strength and leadership in the staffing industry. Kate and the other honorees will be recognized during SIA’s Executive Forum North America, taking place March 6-9, 2023 in Miami.
