Chief Information Officer Button Text

I had the honor of joining RGP in December 2022 as Chief Information Officer, reporting directly to Bhadresh Patel, RGP’s Chief Operating Officer. In my role as CIO, I oversee RGP’s IT applications, infrastructure, support services, and cybersecurity, navigating a broad spectrum of dynamic challenges. While the scope and complexity of this role are deeply rewarding, my greatest privilege lies in leading our exceptional IT team.

Background

Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.

Before RGP, I was most recently Global CIO of Volt Information Sciences, a workforce solutions provider with 50 offices & 10,000+ field employees worldwide. I guided the Volt IT organization through a turnaround that resulted in Volt’s sale in 2022 to Innova Solutions at a 99% premium to stock price.

Prior to Volt, I was the Chief Information Officer at Econolite Group, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent transportation management products. I led the Econolite team through the successful selection and implementation of cloud-based ERP and CRM software, culminating in 2020.

I previously served as CTO of several venture-funded start-ups. I worked for and consulted with firms in various industries, including staffing, manufacturing, e-commerce, and financial services.

Education

I graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Computer Science and from USC’s Marshall School of Business with an M.B.A.

Goals and Inspirations

What inspires you?

The dedication of RGP’s IT Team inspires me, and we are striving to build a world-class IT organization together. Success means each IT team member using every opportunity to drive value to our colleagues and business.

A Day in the Life

What was your best day at work at RGP?

My best day was when the RGP team went live with our Phoenix Program digital transformation go-to-market applications in February 2024. It was an awesome team win!

What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?

I’m proud of IT’s contributions to the Phoenix Program—every member of our team across all IT functions is part of that. I’m also pleased with our Support Team’s relentless focus on the revenue generators and value creators that drive our business, our solid track record in cybersecurity, and our network improvements worldwide.

Human-First

At RGP, we bring a human-first approach. What does that mean to you?

RGP’s Human-First Approach truly sets it apart. The collaborative spirit embodied in RGP’s values is integral to how I approach my role. I love RGP’s “Sleeve’s Up” culture—it’s a true differentiator—and it was apparent from my first day on the job.

YOU beyond RGP

How do you spend your time outside of work?

My wife Jenny and I live in Aliso Viejo with our Golden Retriever, Frosty. I enjoy spending time with my grown children and extended family across the US, travel, and working out. I’ve had the workout bug for years, and love time on a trail, in the pool, or at the gym as much as I can fit into my busy work schedule.

Name three words that describe you.

Collaborative, Enthusiastic, Driven

Do you have any skills or secret talents that most people don’t know about?

I played lead guitar in a wedding band for ten years earlier in my career.

What charities or social causes are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about developing the next generation of IT leaders. Toward that end, I was a board member of SCSIM, a 300-member CIO professional association based in Southern California. I had the good fortune to Chair this organization from 2018-2020. Additionally, my wife and I are deeply involved with Childhelp, a nationwide charitable organization focused on improving the lives of abused children.
