Mikhail’s Perspective

More About Mikhail

My passion for healthcare can be traced back to my graduate internship in the cardiac rehabilitation, where I spent significant time working on helping patients recover from heard attacks and open heart surgeries.

My career broadly is categorized in 3 parts: Architecting software systems, Business consultant, and Leading broad teams managing P&Ls.

Each career change gave a new level of appreciation for organization wide challenges and the importance of empowering and leading through high performing teams.

Digital technology is transforming healthcare, from how care is being delivered to how work is being done. COVID-19 disrupted healthcare and accelerated adoption of new technologies. Once people started to realize what is possible in this new world, it opened the flood gates of innovation and new ways of thinking. I can’t wait to see how this wave of innovation will transform healthcare in the next 5-10 years.
