More About Bill

With more than two decades of experience, Bill joined the RGP family in 2010. He received his bachelor’s in economics and sociology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in international business from Clemson University. As RGP’s VP of Business Transformation, Bill also holds a certification in project management and is passionate about increasing the satisfaction that people get out of work.

In 2020, Bill was named APS Innovator of the Year for transforming the business agility practice. He lives in Detroit, Michigan, where he enjoys cycling, swimming and cooking.

What sort of disruption has happened in your career that has spurred personal and professional growth?

Building and owning a production residential construction company and real estate company during the Great Recession provided me with a deep understanding of the responsibilities of corporate leadership and the importance of maintaining an enterprise view.

What does human agility mean to you?

Human agility to me is the unlocking of the intrinsic motivation of knowledge workers to enable them to effectively, sustainably and predictably create value.

What excites you the most when you think about the future of work?

The unlimited possibilities that come with the increasing convergence of diverse, multicultural teams and new technologies.
