A $50B Global Fortune 500 Insurance Client has been engaged in an enterprise strategy to lead the transformation of the Insurance Industry. One key component of that business strategy is the transformation of the Finance Management Group—a global function with 3,200 employees. This transformation is global in scale and encompasses data, automation, process simplification and standardization, and the human capital implications.
