A $50B Global Fortune 500 Insurance Client launched an enterprise-wide strategy to lead the transformation of the insurance industry. A critical component of this initiative was the transformation of its global Finance Management Group, comprising 3,200 employees. The transformation aimed to modernize data, automation, processes, and workforce capabilities across a global footprint.

The Solution
RGP was engaged to lead the Change Management workstream for the Client’s three-year global Finance Transformation. Partnering with leadership, RGP developed a comprehensive strategy and established a Change Management Program Office (CMO). The team guided the organization through change by aligning stakeholders, building leadership capabilities, and deploying communication and training strategies across regions, including the U.S., Japan, Ireland, China, Korea, and Latin America. As the transformation accelerated, RGP expanded its support with project managers and communications experts to drive adoption, foster engagement, and embed new behaviors across the organization.
