We go beyond simple point solutions, we analyze the problems and opportunities to build a framework that delivers value into the future.

01.

The Challenge

With disjointed processes impeding growth, our client needed to standardize and streamline the way they managed programs and projects across the enterprise. We stepped in to define, design and implement a more efficient way to manage the program and project lifecycle.

02.

What We Did

  • Conducted a current-state assessment, including identifying and analyzing underlying root causes that were impacting growth
  • Developed a future-state project portfolio management
(PPM) roadmap, with processes and organizational infrastructure to deliver specific project performance enhancements
  • Designed a federated model to support PMO hubs for multiple business areas and trained client resources in the enhanced PM capabilities
  • Created an automated workflow to prioritize work requests and assess performance through at-a-glance scorecards for leadership

03.

Our Impact

Consolidated disparate PPM processes, including five lines of business and four corporate shared services, into a single common work stream, resulting in a range of business performance benefits including efficiency and improved output.
