Our trusted Client relationship as a go-to transaction partner, helped an $800M division of a Fortune 500, a $200M private company and a $1B publicly traded company, through a major integration of the three – along with the carve-out of one business unit – and a rebranding initiative.

Our Client lacked expertise with deals of the magnitude and complexity required to support a transaction integrating three companies, along with the carve-out of one business unit, and needed resources to develop and execute a rebranding program.

What We Did

  • Conducted brand workshops by bringing the right people and right solutions to help our Client envision the future state organization.
  • Presented business cases to support all proposed initiatives (e.g. Legal Entity rebranding) to Chairman and CEO.
  • Developed and executed on project plans by building on our strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.

Impact

  • Designed rebranding program with a cross-functional team representing virtually every function within our Client’s organization.
  • Managed the impacts to the Marketing organization around streamlining the product portfolio, including renaming and rebranding on products shipped to more than 80 countries.
  • Developed a company Go-to-Market strategy, an integrated annual Marketing plan and budget, and categorization and process to product launches to support.
