About This Role
As the Functional Workstream Lead representing Shared Services Accounting and Finance on the organization’s implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, you will serve as the business lead and subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Commercial teams to support growth, scalability, data governance, and operational excellence.
What You Will Work On
- Serve as the Finance functional lead and business owner for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring finance processes, system capabilities, and reporting structures support organizational growth and business objectives.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT leaders to design, implement, and optimize scalable processes, controls, and system workflows with primary focus on GL, AP, and AR.
- Establish and maintain strong data governance practices, master data standards, and process controls to improve financial visibility, reporting integrity, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement electronic data interchange (EDI) and other digital integration solutions that streamline customer and supplier transactions.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Shared Services, Accounting Operations, Finance Transformation, or ERP-enabled process improvement.
- Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA, including finance (FI) and controlling (CO) modules.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, business integrations, or acquisition-related system conversions as a Project Manager or Workstream Lead.
- Proven track record of process automation, continuous improvement, and driving measurable operational efficiencies.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Fiori, profitability analysis (COPA), EDI integrations, and financial reporting solutions is a plus
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
