About This Role

We are seeking a Director, M&A Integration with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions integration and business transformation within the technology industry. This role requires a strategic leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and can drive complex initiatives from planning through execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and transformation outcomes that align with organizational goals.

What you will work on

  • Lead complex acquisition integration and transformation projects across global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to foster collaboration and alignment across functions and geographies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage ambiguity in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Apply project and program management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of initiatives within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, influencing without authority and building credibility across the organization.

What you will bring

  • Project management experience, leading large-scale, complex integration and transformation initiatives in global settings.
  • Proven expertise in M&A and acquisition integration.
  • Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to manage risk and interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting strategies, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and global time zones.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
