About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business metrics and product/solutions reporting and analytics. This role focuses on extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using custom SQL queries, GCP, and Looker to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
Rate: $65-75/hr DOE
What you will work on
- Support monthly executive reporting on network/system performance and business operations through data pulls, cleansing, analysis, and reporting deliverables in Looker, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Write complex SQL queries, join large datasets, and maintain Looker dashboards
- Analyze business metrics including churn, product performance, and marketing/growth analytics in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Support forecasting exercises and potential future data modeling initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to improve analysis and workflow efficiency
What you will bring
- Experience writing custom SQL queries and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with GCP, Looker, and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with analysts and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, and data storytelling preferred
- Exposure to forecasting or data modeling is a plus
