The Challenge

Our leading financial services client required standardized HR business processes to support future growth and decided to implement Workday. The client partnered with Workday directly for their implementation and provided executive sponsorship, subject matter expertise, and business/data analysis. However, they lacked expertise in project management, business analysis, and change management.

What We Did

We provided comprehensive project management, business analysis, and change management advisory services to optimize HR systems and processes to implement Workday core Global HCM, US/UK Absence Management, US Payroll, US Benefits, and US Time Tracking.

Our contributions included:

  • Project Management: We provided a counterpart to the Workday Project Manager as a trusted internal partner, ensuring client resources stayed on track according to the project plan
  • Business Process Consultation: We consulted with the client on business processes and security design, documenting all design decisions
  • Testing and Validation: We developed test plans and scenarios in partnership with the client and managed testing cycles, ensuring the system met all requirements
  • Training Support: We developed training materials and supported training delivery, assisting with data validation to ensure smooth adoption of the new system

  • Streamlined HR Systems: HR systems are now streamlined and optimized, enhancing overall efficiency
  • Client Satisfaction: Our very satisfied client has referred us to other new clients, demonstrating the success of the implementation
