The Challenge
Amid a digital transformation, the Client sought tools to derive business insights and drive continuous operational improvements. RGP was engaged to develop a Six Sigma management program, which included defining and documenting prioritized operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and creating future state frameworks for sustainable enhancements. RGP also conducted a vendor selection analysis for training and supported Six Sigma implementation. Additionally, RGP helped foster a cultural shift by establishing communication channels to promote the adoption of Six Sigma practices across the workforce.

What We Did
RGP deployed a team of strategic consultants, including a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt expert, to develop and implement a Lean Six Sigma Program to drive continuous improvement across the organization. The team conducted a current state analysis to identify key areas for improvement and document processes. They defined future state operational processes, created a rollout plan, and established a framework for tracking KPIs to ensure sustainable process improvements. Additionally, RGP conducted a vendor selection analysis to identify the best training options, optimizing cost and value.
