SAP S/4HANA Stand-Up Support

A global semiconductor company had just one year to stand up a brand-new SAP S/4HANA cloud ERP after spinning off its SSD business into a separate organization. The new company was building everything from the ground up — systems, processes, and teams — while still operating under TSA constraints.​
