The Challenge
To ensure compliance with policies, risk requirements, and regulatory commitments, the Client established a Hygiene program to address applications no longer supported due to their end-of-life (EOL) operating systems. The program involves technical scope assessments, project intake, prioritization, and management, with regular reporting to risk committees. During a multi-merger integration, the Client sought strategic support and surge capacity from RGP to drive the program forward and identify future scaling opportunities. RGP’s support across the Wealth Management Technology division helped accelerate progress toward compliance with heightened standards and ongoing commitments.
02.
What We Did
RGP deployed a strategic technology consultant/project manager to provide surge capacity and advise on the evolution of the target state program. They established a formal management process, organizing stakeholder meetings, documenting decisions and actions, and managing end-to-end project delivery. RGP took ownership of key projects and coordinated efforts across multiple divisions to ensure firm and regulatory commitments were met on time and within budget. To improve visibility, RGP created enhanced reporting tools that consolidated data sources into a streamlined source of truth, with outputs regularly reported to senior management.

Our Impact
RGP improved project efficiency and accountability through enhanced reporting tools, enabling expansion of the Hygiene program for broader regulatory and high-visibility efforts.
