What We Did

We were engaged to provide advisory services and validate the configuration of interfaces with key platforms such as ADP, Concur, and various banks. We aimed to approve the overall solution and architecture to facilitate a seamless transition. Our approach included:

  • Recommendations and Strategy: We made several recommendations, including a data migration strategy, which were accepted by the client
  • Solution Approval: We approved the business requirements documents and reviewed the Oracle Fusion configuration to ensure alignment with the client’s objectives
  • Testing and Integration: We approved test scripts for system integration testing and performed rigorous testing to cover all scenarios
