The Challenge
After rapid growth and qualifying as a Large Financial Institution (LFI), the Client needed support to manage technology changes impacting Regulatory Reporting and guidance on LFI-specific regulatory reports. RGP was selected to provide leadership, program management, and change management services for the Regulatory Reporting Program, specifically supporting the data workstream for US and UK regulatory changes. Due to limited resources, RGP was tasked with managing timelines closely to ensure the successful completion of regulatory reporting changes and meeting business objectives within regulatory deadlines throughout the integration period.

What We Did
RGP deployed a specialized team with expertise in regulatory reporting, program management, and change management to support the bank in achieving compliance with heightened US and international regulatory reporting requirements. The team collaborated with the Regulatory Reporting Office and produced over 10 project plan trackers, weekly executive status reports, and RAID logs to assist with the integration and data transition following an acquisition. RGP also hosted workshops to drive change initiatives, ensuring accountability for task completion. The team delivered detailed status updates to stakeholders and maintained project plans, coordinating support for critical projects.
