A Fortune 100 Insurance and Financial Services organization been engaged in an enterprise strategy to lead the transformation of the Insurance Industry. One key component of that business strategy is the transformation of the Finance Management Group—a global function with 3,200 employees. This transformation is global in scale and encompasses data, automation, process simplification and standardization, and the human capital implications.

The Solution
RGP was engaged to develop a global change management strategy and lead the change management workstream over the next three years of our Client’s Finance Transformation. This effort included a global team of RGP change consultants based in the U.S., Japan, Ireland, China, Korea, and Latin America. We partnered with our Client to deploy effective communication, training, and engagement strategies across the organization. Our team provided strategic direction, engaged staff, and oversaw the execution and delivery of the change program. We also developed and implemented strategies to help their leaders lead more effectively—working closely with key user groups to bridge gaps through leadership development, coaching, and targeted training plans.
