The Client’s capital markets division was tasked with maturing its data management program to align with new enterprise and regulatory requirements. To support this, the Client sought expertise in recertifying mission-critical data elements (MCDEs), expanding data quality metrics reporting, and enhancing coverage of data sharing agreements.
RGP deployed a team of data management experts to deliver tailored data management and governance solutions, helping the division improve its data practices and meet regulatory and organizational objectives effectively.

What We Did
The RGP team assessed the Client’s existing procedures, methodologies, and policies to identify improvement areas aligned with increasing regulatory and enterprise requirements. By leveraging ETL and data visualization tools, the team automated and expanded data quality reporting to meet heightened demands.
Collaborating with divisional stakeholders, RGP recertified all capital markets Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) and expanded DSA components to meet industry standards. Additionally, the team established turnkey processes for recertifying critical data elements, DSAs, and creating monthly/quarterly data quality metrics reporting.
