A Fortune 100 organization with multiple brands and divisions struggled to maintain a consistent digital experience through their existing platform. The system wasn’t flexible enough to create and manage content easily, and it didn’t offer tools for testing or personalizing customer experiences. Teaming up with Uniform, RGP built a proof of concept for the company’s newest brand in just two weeks. We demonstrated a platform that allowed their marketing team to easily update their new site without developers. Not only was this platform more efficient to manage, but the experience was more dynamic and personalized to their customers.

01.

Experience & Personalization

Using a suite of flexible components, we catered the platform to unique audiences to offer an experience that is more dynamic and contextual to increase engagement. We focused the experience around KPIs to boost conversions. This level of personalization included location, current site activity, past activity, and user behaviors. Since Uniform has a connector GA4 built-in, we’re able to track user data in one place to further refine the experience.

02.

Content Migration & Blog

Implementing Uniform’s CMS makes content migration simple with a system agnostic design, meaning content from any platform can easily fit within Uniform’s component library. We took advantage of this ability with our client’s blog, quickly migrating articles then displaying content dynamically to suggest products and offer a personalized site experience, breathing new life into their existing content.

03.

Advanced AI & A/B Testing

Our solution introduced features like no-code content & generative AI, intent-based personalization, A/B testing, and content marketing that their old platform couldn’t handle. RGP laid out a cost-effective plan to switch all their brands sites to Uniform, setting the company up for success by moving from an outdated system to a more flexible, modern platform that could handle all their customer experiences in one user-friendly tool.
