Consent Order Remediation​

After receiving a Consent Order, the Client engaged RGP to address regulatory deficiencies and establish sustainable compliance. RGP conducted a thorough analysis, leveraging industry best practices to develop integrated programs covering capital, liquidity, risk management, corporate governance, and financial reporting. Additionally, RGP implemented systems to ensure long-term sustainability. As a result, the Client successfully remediated all issues outlined in the Consent Order.​

RGP deployed a team of experts, including former banking executives and regulators, to analyze the Consent Order, create a remediation roadmap, and establish a tracking system for corrective actions. Through interviews and working sessions with senior leadership, RP assessed the Client’s risk management framework, strategic priorities, and corporate governance. Leveraging regulatory guidance, RP developed a suite of tailored programs covering governance, liquidity, capital, risk management, and financial reporting. To ensure long-term sustainability, RP also implemented key tools, including a Risk Appetite Dashboard, Succession Plan, and Internal Control Inventory.​

Achieved regulatory approval for seven consent order articles by enhancing risk management, strengthening governance, and ensuring long-term compliance.​
