The Solution

RGP developed a framework to prioritize application decommissioning based on complexity and business value, including TCO savings potential. The team created a standardized inventory and reusable checklist to track decommissioning progress and key considerations. Through stakeholder interviews across a portfolio of 250+ applications, RGP gathered operational insights and assessed decommissioning status. Findings were aggregated to provide program-wide recommendations for process improvements and pain point mitigation.
