As CFOs and CIOs accelerate investments in AI, ERP modernization, and digital transformation, the ability to execute large-scale programs with discipline and visibility has become a critical enterprise priority. Organizations are increasingly seeking partners who can bring experienced program leadership, structured governance, change management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

“Transformation initiatives succeed or fail based on execution,” said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP. “Rachel brings deep experience leading complex programs that connect business strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change. Her leadership strengthens our ability to help clients manage enterprise transformation with clarity, structure, and measurable results.”

In this expanded role, Adler will lead RGP’s capabilities across enterprise program management, transformation governance, and project delivery oversight. Her work will focus on helping organizations coordinate complex initiatives spanning technology implementations, finance transformation, operational modernization, and enterprise-wide change programs.

At the same time, many organizations face limited internal capacity to manage large portfolios of transformation initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operations. By pairing program & project management consulting expertise with scalable on-demand talent solutions, RGP helps organizations quickly deploy experienced project leaders and Project Management Office (PMO) support across technology, business, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Adler has more than 20 years of cross-industry experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation programs, drive operational improvements, and deliver measurable results. She joined RGP in 2019 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Veracity Consulting, which she co-founded in 2015. Prior to co-founding Veracity, Adler held leadership roles within ICF’s digital consulting unit, where she served as both Principal and Director supporting complex transformation programs across government and commercial sectors.

“Organizations today are managing an unprecedented volume of transformation initiatives,” said Adler. “Successful programs require strong governance, disciplined execution, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders. By combining structured program leadership with integrated change management, we help clients turn complex strategies into outcomes.”

Adler has extensive experience serving clients within the healthcare ecosystem including payers, providers, integrated delivery networks, pharma and biotech, and medical devices. At RGP, she applies this expertise to support healthcare clients through initiatives such as digital and operational transformation, revenue cycle modernization, process automation, value-based care strategies, and clinical trial optimization.
