Resources Connection Announces Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 1, 2025–
Resources Connection, Inc. (Nasdaq: RGP) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on July 21, 2025 to all stockholders of record on June 23, 2025.

“It’s our intention to provide shareholders with a meaningful, sustainable dividend that supports our initiatives to maintain substantial liquidity, fund future growth and opportunistically repurchase shares, given the current high-interest rate environment and ongoing macro uncertainty,” stated RGP Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Ryu. “As a result, our board of directors has authorized a dividend that effectively balances the yield of our common stock and the added flexibility of more than $9 million annually of available cash to support other capital allocation needs.”
