Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.
I joined RGP from The MacManus Group/DMB&B (now Publicis) where I served as vice president and director of Corporate Finance, managing worldwide accounting and financial reporting. Prior to that, I was a senior audit manager at Deloitte & Touche in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Education
I have an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.
What inspires you?
I am inspired by the opportunity to drive new business, develop new relationships and help people reach their goals.
What is a goal you have your eyes set on?
My goal is to help RGP reach $1 Billion in revenue.
What was your best day at work at RGP?
My best day was when we received a call from a client looking for 150 consultants worldwide.
What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?
I helped develop RGP’s global business offerings, working extensively to serve clients in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Share your favorite client success story.
Since building out our global offerings, I had the opportunity to help a client with over 300 consultants in 15 countries.

I try to live the RGP LIFE AT values as best as I can in my everyday activities.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work, I like to spend time with friends and family, go to beach, travel, read and try to stay fit while still enjoying fine food and wine.

What charities or social causes are you passionate about?
I am involved in the NYC Rescue Mission, whose mission exists to provide help and hope to the hungry, hurting and homeless men and women.
