With more than 25 years of experience driving complex global transformations, Scott is recognized for guiding organizations through strategic reinvention that strengthens their finance functions and delivers lasting impact.
As President of CFO Advisory at RGP, Scott leads the firm’s Office of the CFO capability, partnering with CFOs, boards, and leadership teams to move beyond incremental improvements toward enterprise-wide transformation.
His career spans senior leadership roles at EY-Parthenon, Genpact, Deloitte, and MorganFranklin Consulting, following his early foundation in PwC’s audit practice. These experiences shaped his deep expertise in finance transformation, M&A integration, data-driven decision-making, and business redesign at scale.
Scott’s leadership is grounded in a human-first philosophy. He combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, fostering open communication and collaboration at every level. Known for building high-performing teams and turning complexity into clarity, he keeps people at the center of every transformation.
Widely recognized for his insights on accelerating change and linking data to results, Scott is a trusted voice for executive leaders navigating disruption. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Capital chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
