President, Veracity Consulting Button Text

As President of the Consulting business unit, I am committed to defining our strategic direction, refining our offerings, and delivering outstanding solutions for our clients. I place a strong emphasis on the growth and development of our team while ensuring excellence in client service. Maintaining high standards and driving innovation is essential as markets, industries, and economies continue to evolve, enabling us to remain at the cutting edge of our field.

Background

Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.

I’ve spent my career as a consultant, building expertise across industries and disciplines. I began at KPMG and Andersen, serving clients in manufacturing, distribution, services, and state government. My focus included process improvement, ERP implementation, large-scale program management, and business transformation. I later moved into leadership roles, leading consulting practices and playing a key role in growing Ironworks Consulting, specializing in business transformation within the health insurance industry. In 2015, I co-founded Veracity Consulting, overseeing operations and continuing client work. Since Veracity’s acquisition by RGP in 2019, I’ve had the privilege of leading the Consulting business unit at RGP.

Education

I hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Management and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Goals and Inspirations

What inspires you?

As a leader, I am purpose-driven. The success of our people and our clients is at the core of everything I do.

What is a goal you have your eyes set on?

I aim to be the go-to partner across the entire RGP client base, bringing innovative solutions and driving transformational change to enable our clients to engage, operate, and outperform.

What does success in your role look like?

Leading the organization with a focus on profitable growth and creating a great work environment where our people can thrive and grow their careers. At the same time, I want to be an example of the commitment to delivering excellent service and meaningful results for our clients.

A Day in the Life

What was your best day at work at RGP?

To me, every day we complete a project and measure transformative change and impact is a truly great day.

What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?

I would say the successful growth of our digital business since joining RGP and, most recently, formalizing our Consulting business unit.

Share your favorite client success story.

In 30 years of consulting, there have been way too many. I am proud of the personal impacts I have made on many organizations and that our entire organization makes every day. The best stories come from clients with really complex challenges to solve. Crafting solutions and navigating clients through change can be hard work, but seeing the massive transformation and results is awesome.

Human-First

At RGP, we bring a human-first approach. What does that mean to you?

As I have learned in all my years of consulting, our organization is all about our people. Our success only comes by serving our teammates, and they, in turn, serve, listen, and make an impact on our clients.

How do RGP’s values (Loyalty, Integrity, Focus, Enthusiasm, Accountability, and Talent) shape your work style and approach to your role?
These values are the core fabric and expectations of anyone joining our organization. They are our DNA for how we treat our clients and our people. We believe in them so much that Veracity is the brand name for our Consulting business, as truth, integrity, and honesty are foundational to who we are.

YOU beyond RGP

How do you spend your time outside of work?

Spending time with family, getting outside – in the yard, camping, hiking, and serving in the community

Name three words that describe you.

I am an Eagle Scout – check out the Scout Law, and you’ll find insight into words that describe me.

Do you have any skills or secret talents that most people don’t know about?

I can survive in the woods for a week with what I carry on my back.

What charities or social causes are you passionate about?

I am passionate about making the most direct impact in the community in which I live. From making a difference to the youth in the community – serving as Scoutmaster of a local boy scout troop and the board of our local swim club to the local foodbank making an impact on those in need of necessities, to the YMCA serving amazing programs across our community (yes, they are a whole lot more than a gym!).
