Driving Change Together
We believe in making a difference, both within our organization and in the communities we serve. We offer a charitable giving matching program and have donated over $400,000 to support over 190 distinct charitable organizations since fiscal 2021. We also aim to increase community involvement by our employees through our Spirit of Volunteerism Initiative, supporting causes important to employees and fostering community involvement. We are committed to fostering growth, community and connections both inside and outside of RGP.
