About This Role
RGP is currently seeking a Principal ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team. This role serves as a senior leader responsible for pre-sales solutioning, proposal development, and strategic advisory delivery across enterprise ServiceNow engagements.
The Principal Solutions Consultant leads end-to-end pursuit development including Statement of Work (SOW) definition, resource modeling, delivery scheduling, and financial cost development. This role also maintains up to 50% billable utilization supporting strategic advisory engagements for ServiceNow platform transformation.
Base Pay Range: $165,000 - $190,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation

What You Will Work On
Pre-Sales Leadership and Solutioning:
- Lead end-to-end solutioning across strategic pursuits and enterprise deals
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), scope, assumptions, and deliverables
- Create resource plans, staffing models, and delivery schedules
- Develop ROM estimates, financial models, and pricing strategies
- Partner with business development to shape and close opportunities
- Lead client workshops, solution reviews, and executive presentations
Strategic Advisory (Up to 50% Billable):
- Advise clients on ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap
- Lead platform assessments and maturity evaluations
- Define governance models and operating frameworks
- Guide value realization and KPI alignment
Practice Leadership:
- Develop reusable proposal assets, SOW templates, and estimation models
- Mentor consultants and solution architects
- Contribute to offerings and go-to-market strategy
- Drive continuous improvement across pre-sales and delivery practices
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow consulting or advisory experience
- 5+ years of pre-sales solutioning and proposal development experience
- Strong experience with SOW development, staffing models, and financial modeling
- Experience supporting large, complex enterprise pursuits
- Experience advising executive stakeholders
Certifications Preferred:
- CSA – Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- CIS – ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM
- CMA or CTA preferred
