About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director, Business Development, ServiceNow West to support the growth and delivery of RGP’s Global ServiceNow advisory services.
As a Director, Business Development – ServiceNow West, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth for RGP’s ServiceNow Practice. You will be responsible for originating, shaping, and closing ServiceNow-based consulting, implementation, and managed services opportunities across your territory or assigned accounts. You will thrive in an alliance-driven model, partnering closely with ServiceNow field sales, product line specialists, and RGP’s solution and delivery leaders. You’ll bring a consultative approach, a hunter mindset, and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable workflow transformation opportunities on the ServiceNow platform.
Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
What You Will Work On
- Consistently build and manage a strong pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead early discovery, qualification, value positioning, and pursuit strategy for ServiceNow services
- Shape deal strategy with RGP Solution Architect and Practice Leaders
- Support development of proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work
- Build strong relationships with ServiceNow field sales and partner teams
- Conduct joint account and territory planning with ServiceNow
- Participate in joint workshops, events, and demand-generation activities
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
- Track KPIs including pipeline coverage, co-sell alignment, and booked revenue.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of business development or consultative sales experience.
- Strong preference for experience selling ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in consulting or SaaS ecosystem roles.
- Ability to engage senior leadership across IT, HR, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to shape business cases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive storytelling abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and credibility with stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
