RGP is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll SME to support a major Oracle Fusion HCM initiative with a leading transportation organization. This is a fully remote consulting opportunity for a hands-on payroll expert with deep knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation, complex payroll configurations, and Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions
What You Will Work On
Support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and optimization effortsConfigure and troubleshoot complex U.S. payroll requirementsDevelop and support Payroll Fast Formulas, HDL loads, OTL functionality, and BI Publisher reportsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful payroll processing and complianceProvide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle
