About This Role

We are seeking seasoned Internal Corporate Audit Consultants to support a leading multinational organization through a co-sourced internal audit program covering Finance operations across multiple countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who combine deep audit expertise with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders.

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)
Work Model: Fully On-site (must be available to work across 2-3 client locations within CDMX)
Language: Advanced English required

What You Will Work On

As part of a global audit team, you will lead and execute risk-based internal audits across various business processes, working alongside client team members in a collaborative co-sourced environment.

Areas of focus include:

Finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
Risk assessment, control testing, and compliance reviews
Identification of control weaknesses and process improvement opportunities
Documentation of findings and recommendations
Stakeholder discussions and alignment on audit observations
Audit evidence management and reporting through TeamMate Plus

5 weeks during Nov 6 to December 11, on site (1-3 different locations within CDMX and Estado de Mexico)

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
12-15 years of Internal Audit experience in multinational organizations
Strong expertise in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodologies
Experience auditing Finance
Professional certifications highly valued (CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent)
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to influence, challenge, and advise business leaders
Strong consultative mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
Availability to work fully on-site in Mexico City
