RGP Leadership
As Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for the company’s administrative, financial, and risk management operations. I also lead the interaction between RGP and the investment community, outlining plans for building long-term value for the Company.
Background
Tell us a little bit about your career journey before joining RGP.
Prior to joining RGP in April 2019, I was with Young’s Holdings, a privately-owned distributor and importer of wine and spirits, as the Chief Accounting Officer. During my five years with the company, I led all technical and general accounting functions and partnered with the business on several transformational initiatives, including the design and implementation of a new ERP system. Prior to joining Young’s Holdings, I spent seven years with Kaiser Aluminum as their Director of External Reporting. While there, I had the opportunity to lead all aspects of corporate month-end close, financial consolidation and analysis, technical accounting, SEC and other external reporting functions.
Education
I’m a certified public accountant and hold a B.A. in Business Economics and Accounting from University of California, Los Angeles.
Goals and Inspirations

I’m inspired by ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things with integrity, courage and resolve.

I want to always have a positive impact on the people around me.
What does success in your role look like?
Lead the finance team to be a valued business partner to the rest of the organization, ultimately driving growth in the overall business.
A Day in the Life
What was your best day at work at RGP?
My best days at RGP are the days when we, as a team, accomplish a goal, reach a milestone, or connect more as fellow humans.
What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?
Closing the acquisition of Veracity.
Human-First
At RGP, we bring a human-first approach. What does that mean to you?
I love that “human-first” is at the core of who RGP is. Whether in the context of personal or professional life, I believe genuine human connection and relationships should always be at the center of it all. How do we live this out practically? As stewards of quality client service, we LISTEN to our clients’ needs and go above and beyond to serve them. As leaders, we care about our team’s development, growth, and well-being. As friends and family members, we are present for them always.
How do the RGP values (Loyalty, Integrity, Focus, Enthusiasm, Accountability, and Talent) shape how you approach your role?
This set of core values is one of the reasons why I joined RGP. In the brief time I’ve been here, I can honestly say that people do live these values. I try to live by them every day because they are the key ingredients to success.
YOU Beyond RGP
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I spend my free time with family and friends, exercising, trying new food and wine, and occasionally binge-watching my favorite TV shows.
Name three words that describe you.
Resolute, trustworthy, and perceptive
Do you have any skills or secret talents that most people don’t know about?
I’ve occasionally provided “consulting services” in fashion and makeup to some close friends.
What charities or social causes are you passionate about?
I have a heart for the less fortunate around the globe, especially children. My family and I sponsor children in Africa through Missions of Hope, an organization that provides education, food, and medical care to over 14,000 children in Kenya. We also take summer mission trips to Mexico to serve at an orphanage through our church.
