About This Role
The consultant will be responsible for design, develop, and automate financial and executive dashboards in Tableau to facilitate analysis and business decision-making. Building complex visualizations, developing automated data flows, and ensuring the availability of consolidated financial information for various areas of the organization.
What You Will Work On
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Build data models and transformation workflows to automate report generation.
- Create processes enabling multiple areas to independently upload and update data.
- Develop financial visualizations focused on analyzing results, budgets, and scenarios.
- Consolidate data from diverse sources and business structures.
- Optimize the performance of dashboards, queries, and update processes.
- Validate the quality and integrity of the presented data.
- Translate financial and business requirements into analytical solutions.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience developing dashboards in Tableau.
- Proven experience creating visualizations from scratch—not merely consuming or maintaining reports.
- Experience designing pipelines, data flows, and automated reporting processes.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
- Experience working directly with users in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Control functions.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated sectors is desirable
We are seeking candidates who have developed reports related to: - Actuals vs. Budget.
- Actuals vs. Forecast.
- Financial planning.
- P&L reporting.
- Period-over-period variances.
- Multi-entity or multi-business analysis.
- Exchange rate conversion and analysis.
- Financial consolidation.
- Financial and operational performance indicators.
