About This Role

The consultant will be responsible for design, develop, and automate financial and executive dashboards in Tableau to facilitate analysis and business decision-making. Building complex visualizations, developing automated data flows, and ensuring the availability of consolidated financial information for various areas of the organization.

What You Will Work On

  • Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau.
  • Build data models and transformation workflows to automate report generation.
  • Create processes enabling multiple areas to independently upload and update data.
  • Develop financial visualizations focused on analyzing results, budgets, and scenarios.
  • Consolidate data from diverse sources and business structures.
  • Optimize the performance of dashboards, queries, and update processes.
  • Validate the quality and integrity of the presented data.
  • Translate financial and business requirements into analytical solutions.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience developing dashboards in Tableau.
  • Proven experience creating visualizations from scratch—not merely consuming or maintaining reports.
  • Experience designing pipelines, data flows, and automated reporting processes.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics projects.
  • Experience working directly with users in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Control functions.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated sectors is desirable

    We are seeking candidates who have developed reports related to: 
  • Actuals vs. Budget.
  • Actuals vs. Forecast.
  • Financial planning.
  • P&L reporting.
  • Period-over-period variances.
  • Multi-entity or multi-business analysis.
  • Exchange rate conversion and analysis.
  • Financial consolidation.
  • Financial and operational performance indicators.
