About This Role
RGP is a strategic Global HR leader with a passion for driving M&A integrations, organizational change management, and global HR projects? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee HR strategy across multiple regions, ensuring seamless change and adoption across the organization.
What you will work on
- Lead global HR projects, including M&A workforce integrations, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Design and execute change management strategies to drive smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption worldwide
- Partner with executive leadership across geographies to align people strategy with business objectives
- Coach leaders globally on change management, engagement, and communication best practices
- Track global HR metrics and project outcomes to inform decision-making
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of global HR leadership experience, with proven success in M&A integrations and large-scale change initiatives
- Strong project management, consulting, and executive communication skills across diverse regions
- Certifications: Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification – Current

- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $ 100hr
