A rapidly growing skilled-nursing and long-term care organization needed to replace an outdated ERP system (Great Plains, implemented in 2001) as it expanded across Texas. With inconsistent processes, limited reporting, and manual integrations, the business struggled to scale operations.
The client sought a simplified, standardized, and automated Workday Financials and Adaptive environment to support continued growth.

The Solution
RGP brought in an experienced team to work side-by-side with client leaders and strengthen their internal project capacity. The team provided operational and tactical support across project management, SteerCo advisory, data analysis and conversion, business process design, testing leadership, and change management.
RGP incorporated PMO execution and oversight of the System Integrator, ensuring adherence to the SOW and creating an execution safeguard from project kickoff through go-live. The team also built production-ready processes, reusable training content, and operational guides to support ongoing adoption and scalability.
