The Challenge
The Client, a technical service provider for affiliate banks, was undergoing a large-scale digital transformation of its core lending systems. To ensure successful adoption of the new systems by the banks, the Client’s Transformation Readiness team needed to develop customized change management plans tailored to the banks’ diverse technical, business, and organizational needs. RGP was engaged to provide end-to-end strategic planning and execution support for the program. RGP utilized its expertise in organizational change management and digital transformation to assist the banks with training, stakeholder mobilization, and communications. Additionally, RGP helped develop a replicable framework for future system rollouts.

What We Did
RGP partnered with the Client to create customized enterprise program management tools, including a Transformation Readiness playbook to guide engagement throughout adoption and a dashboard to track each bank’s change management plan. The team held workshops with change champions and used communication expertise to simplify complex program details into clear messages for all service levels, including executive presentations and process visuals. RGP mapped lending capabilities to current and future systems, identified impacted policies and stakeholders, and collaborated with the Client to develop end-user training materials, including visual plans, job aids, and role-specific scenarios.
