The Challenge
The Client, after undergoing multiple acquisitions in its Stock Plan Administration business, needed to harmonize operating models and transition to a singular integrated organization. Prior to the most recent acquisition, the Client had already acquired another company, but core functions and processes had not been fully integrated, expanding the scope to include the integration of three distinct operating models and legacy organizations. RGP delivered a successful end-to-end change management strategy by designing and communicating a shared vision, integration roadmap, communication and feedback strategies, and other employee engagement initiatives.

What We Did
RGP deployed a team of strategy and management consultants to design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the organization’s post-merger integration. The team helped leadership craft a shared vision aligned with business objectives and values, which guided the integration framework and delivery roadmap. This roadmap included intranet enhancements, communication methods like All Hands forums, and feedback mechanisms. Through these activities, RGP centralized knowledge-sharing to ensure consistent messaging and the use of effective channels. As the integration progressed, RGP helped the client adopt new change rituals for ongoing use in the business-as-usual state.
