RGP has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report on this year’s list of the Best Companies to Work For and has been named by Forbes as one of the World’s Best Management Consulting Firms.

U.S. News & World Report considered publicly traded companies in the Russell 3000 index as of June 2023 with more than 75 Glassdoor reviews written between 2020-2023. The top 25% of companies in each region and industry were selected and RGP was recognized in 3 categories: Best Companies To Work For — Overall; Best Companies To Work For — Professional Services; and Best Companies To Work For — West.
This year’s Forbes World’s Best Management Consulting Firms list was based on three national surveys of consultants and clients in the U.S., U.K. and Germany, as well as a global survey of consultants and clients in 29 countries around the world. RGP was recognized for a third consecutive year.
Previously, RGP was recognized by Forbes on two other notable 2024 lists – America’s Best Management Consulting Firms and America’s Best Midsize Employers – for a fourth consecutive year.
