RGP Leadership
I started my career practicing corporate law at a large global law firm. My work was mostly focused on major public transactions, and this is where I developed a passion for dealmaking. I joined RGP in 2013 to drive growth for the Legal Services practice. In 2017, I shifted gears, taking on the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO, and later transitioned to a dedicated Corporate Development position.

Education
I graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy, summa cum lade, from Pomona College and received my J.D. from Stanford Law School.
Goals and Inspirations
What inspires you?
I am inspired by grit and tenacity in the face of adversity. My parents immigrated to the U.S. later in life with limited English and even more limited resources. I never take their sacrifice for granted and will always feel blessed for the opportunity it afforded me. In my current role at RGP, I am passionate about driving enterprise growth and enhancing client experience through highly strategic acquisitions that adhere to our values.
A Day in the Life
What was your best day at work at RGP?
Investor Day 2022; can’t beat ringing the bell at the Nasdaq alongside some of my favorite people.
What accomplishment makes you most proud since joining RGP?
I owe much of my professional development to my career at RGP. I have enjoyed the many different posts I have held over the years, which together have made me a well-rounded executive and contributor. I am most proud of my ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, engage in tough negotiations that end in successful deal closes and ensure smooth integration post-acquisition.

How do you spend your time outside of work?
Chasing my boys around, snuggling with my French bulldog and cooking healthy meals for my family.
