Bhadresh is a seasoned business transformation and consulting leader with more than 25 years of experience helping global organizations adapt to change with agility and purpose. As Chief Operating Officer of RGP (Nasdaq: RGP)—recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms for four consecutive years—Bhadresh oversees global business operations and go-to-market strategies. He leads the P&L across North America, Europe, and APAC, with accountability for revenue, talent, and delivery. In this role, he ensures the seamless delivery of RGP’s core offerings: On-Demand Talent, Consulting, and Outsourced Services, with particular focus on CFO Advisory and Digital, Data & Cloud solutions.​

Before becoming COO, Bhadresh served as Chief Digital Officer of RGP and Chief Executive Officer of Veracity Consulting Group, which joined the RGP family in 2019. In these roles, he spearheaded digital and technology initiatives that expanded the company’s capabilities and positioned it for scalable growth.​

Throughout his career, Bhadresh has held senior leadership roles at Andersen, KPMG, ICF, and other leading consultancies, where he built deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise technology, and large-scale change programs. These experiences has shaped his perspective on how to balance strategy, execution, and people, and approach he now applies to leading RGP’s global operations and transformation offerings.​

Guided by principles of human-centered design, he champions solutions that enhance how employees work, how customers engage, and how organizations adapt to disruption.
