AI is changing work. What is it changing about us?

AI is rapidly transforming how work gets done—but the bigger question may be what it is doing to the human experience of work.

RGP invites you to join a select group of C-suite executives for an intimate evening of dinner, drinks and candid conversation, featuring an early look at findings from our new AIxHuman research.

The research goes beyond adoption rates and productivity gains to examine what happens when AI becomes part of how people think, decide, create, and contribute every day. How does that change our sense of ownership? Our trust in our own judgment and one another? Our ability to connect and belong? And ultimately, what makes people feel valuable and relevant at work?

Rather than a presentation or traditional panel, this will be a peer-level executive discussion about what leaders are experiencing inside their organizations—and the choices they are making as they navigate the next era of work.

What We’ll Explore

Together, we’ll discuss:

  • Ownership & Judgment: As AI takes on more of the work, how do we preserve human judgment, agency and accountability?
  • Trust: How is AI changing trust—in the technology, in our colleagues and in our own expertise?
  • Belonging & Connection: What happens to collaboration and human connection as work becomes increasingly AI-enabled?
  • Recovery & Capacity: Is AI creating greater capacity for people—or simply raising expectations for how much they can produce?
  • Human Relevance: What will it take for people to continue to feel valuable, differentiated and relevant as AI capabilities accelerate?

An Evening Designed for Conversation

This is not a webinar or a large conference event. Attendance will be intentionally limited to create an environment for open, substantive conversation among senior leaders.

Guests will enjoy full dinner and drinks at Zakia Restaurant while exchanging perspectives with fellow C-suite executives and helping shape the conversation around what comes next for AI and the human experience of work.

Who Should Attend

This invitation-only roundtable is designed for C-suite and senior enterprise leaders responsible for shaping the future of their organizations, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs/CTOs, COOs and CHROs.

Space is limited. Reserve your seat to join the conversation.
