Charitable Giving Matching Program
Since fiscal 2021, we’ve donated over $400,000 to support over 190 unique charitable organizations that promote social justice through our Charitable Giving Matching Program, amplifying our employees’ contributions to drive DEI awareness across RGP.

Employee DE&I Council and Ambassador Programs
Our global DE&I Council & DE&I Ambassador programs, which comprise a cross-functional group of employees, provide thought leadership, champion our DE&I agenda and guide efforts into our go-to-market activities.

Paradigm for Parity® Coalition Member
As a proud Paradigm for Parity® Coalition member, we champion the elevation of women in the workplace. Several of our leaders have also been named “Women on the Rise” by Paradigm for Parity.

The Spirit of Volunteerism Initiative
We increased community involvement by launching our Spirit of Volunteerism initiative, supporting causes important to our employees and fostering community involvement. Since fiscal 2021, we have also sponsored programs like BrightPath STEAM Academy’s Annual Camp to inspire and empower at-risk students in St. Louis, Missouri, to be future leaders.

Learning and development initiatives are key to helping our employees grow and succeed. With programs like RGP U and leadership development opportunities, we empower our people to thrive from day one. RGP U accelerates new hires’ onboarding and fosters inclusion, while our leadership development programs build high-performing employees and groups.

We offer three employee resource groups (ERGs)— Women in Leadership, Multicultural, and Interfaith ERGs—which are voluntary, employee-led groups that are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. These are complemented by other employee groups such as our Pride Committee and Caregivers for Aging Parents.

Our Global Business Continuity Team improves our disaster preparedness plans and implements strategies to manage the health and security of our employees and to strengthen business continuity and client confidence.
