About This Role

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a future-proof ERP landscape for a global commodity trading company. The current platform/legacy system has evolved into a highly customized environment with multiple workarounds and increasing complexity. The role will focus on assessing the existing landscape and defining a more streamlined, scalable, and cohesive ERP/IT architecture to support the organization's long-term growth. 

What You Will Work On


* Assess the current ERP/CTRM landscape and define the future-state architecture.
* Lead the ERP transformation program from strategy through implementation.
* Ensure the core Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) capabilities remain central to the new solution.
* Collaborate with business, finance, IT, and external partners to deliver a scalable and stable ERP platform.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management.

What You Will Bring


* Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably involving JD Edwards or customized ERP environments.
* Strong CIO/IT leadership background with solid finance and business process knowledge.
* Deep understanding of commodity trading organizations and CTRM processes.
* Experience working with global trading companies operating across multiple countries.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* International experience is essential.
* Willingness to work on-site several days per week.
* Looking for a long-term leadership role.
*Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
