About This Role
The Talent Management Manager plays a pivotal role in driving consultant success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth by aligning the right talent to the right opportunities at the right time. This role is primarily focused on Talent Management, including consultant lifecycle management, redeployment strategies, performance coaching, and professional development, while also contributing to Talent Acquisition through strategic sourcing and pipeline alignment. The position requires strong collaboration with Sales, Talent peers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery, continuity, and growth across assigned accounts, industries, or regions.
What You Will Work On
Talent Management:
- Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and clients to understand business priorities, demand trends, and consultant transition timelines
- Deal scoping & opportunity support
- Post-close engagement
- Protecting revenue via performance & extensions
- Redeployment Hub: bench management, skill development, alumni engagement
- Talent-Revenue partnership
- Drive end-to-end consultant lifecycle management, including: Onboarding and first-year plan execution, performance management reviews and coaching. professional development planning and compensation reviews, offboarding processes, including skill inventory updates and alumni engagement.
- Proactively manage bench and redeployment strategies to minimize downtime and protect revenue
- Leverage talent systems, dashboards, and metrics to forecast client needs and inform business partners on supply levels
- Assess technical and cultural fit for consultants, ensuring alignment with client success factors
- Support execution of strategic talent programs, including alumni relationships and engagement initiatives
- Forecast and fulfill near-term and long-term hiring needs, ensuring supply/demand alignment.
- Source and recruit for assigned functions, clients, and industries, including “just-in-time” needs and pipeline development
- Collaborate with Talent peers to execute market growth and acquisition strategies
- Assist with high-priority or complex recruiting efforts under the direction of Talent leaders
- Create and maintain high-quality consultant profiles for internal systems as needed.
- Directly influences revenue protection and growth through effective consultant engagement and redeployment
- Enhances client satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality talent delivery
- Strengthens enterprise continuity by aligning talent strategies with market and client needs
What You Will Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Management or Talent Acquisition; experience in both strongly preferred
- Skills:
- Advanced English proficiency, strong relationship-building and consultative skills, ability to assess technical and cultural fit, proficiency in leveraging talent systems and data analytics for decision-making
